We worked with Mektel Networks to:

  • Redesign their website and review the following functions:
    • Site presentation and overall look and feel;
    • Pricing tables (12 tables);
    • Services ordering, information requests and contact forms (18 forms);
    • Mailing list setup and automation
  • Select and setup a CRM application the will support Mektel’s operations related to:
    • One-time and recurring invoicing;
    • Customers’ support system;
    • Equipments inventory management.
